Dredging

Another core part of RollDock’s business is the transport of dredging equipment around the world.  

Both newbuilding dredgers built for export as well as existing dredging equipment being mobilized to a new job are being transported by our vessels.

The submerging capability, the large dock hold and the high speed of our vessels ensure a safe and fast transit of this precious equipment. 

Not only the subermerging capability is of importance, also the vessels' 2x350 tons cranes create the flexibility  the client is looking for. It is not only the dredger that needs to be transported but often also a lot of ancillary equipment like pipes, multicat, tugs, containers etc. which can all be loaded and discharged by vessels' cranes.

The shallow draft of the vessels, ony 5,67m when fully loaded, enables the loading and discharging of this equipment in remote areas with little water depth.
